- Level
One
~ $175.00 More
of
a "brainstorming"
session to get you started on the right track or at any time during
your planning when you just need a little help. We assist you in
assessing
your wedding budget, choosing a theme and selecting vendors. It
includes up to 3 hours of consultation, unlimited basic e-mail and
telephone questions (long distance excluded) and a 10% discount on
catalog invitations ordered from the Wren's
Nest. (additional
coordination hours are
billed at $25 per hour.)

Two ~ $495
Wedding
day coordination.
Perfect for those wanting professional assistance ONLY on the day of
their wedding. We work with the bride's plan to ensure that the
rehearsal, ceremony,
and
reception run smoothly and that nothing is left undone. We review all
vendor contract and confirmation of vendor services 1 - 2 weeks prior
to your wedding day. We assist you in the development of a wedding day
itinerary. This takes the
stress off the Bride, Groom and their families so that they can relax
and
enjoy this special day. This package also includes a maximum of 10
hours of service on your wedding day, provision of a complete wedding
emergency 911 kit and the personal management of your wedding day
itinerary, vendors and you! ($150 due at the signing of the contract
with balance due 1 week prior to the wedding.)

Three ~ Our
full service plan and best value.
We meet monthly if possible as well as keep in constant contact with
you via phone
and e-mail to work out all of the details and ensure that your
wedding
is the one that you have dreamed of. We assist in coming up with a
budget,
keeping that budget, and saving you money by negotiating for you. We
save
you time by handling your appointments and relieve your stress so that
you can enjoy your engagement. All final wedding decisions are yours.
